Computer Vision Sensors: We employ technology from the French company Quividi across all our terminals. This software uses computer vision to count foot traffic in real time, storing only the numerical data and not the images.
Wi-Fi sensors: specially installed to capture the flow of mobile devices within the spaces where RZK Digital's screens are located, without violating identity data. This data capture technology is carried out by the Danish company All Unite.

Omnichannel approach
Our sophisticated data science capabilities are key to organizing and transferring this data flow to our cloud servers. Proprietary algorithms developed by RZK Digital calculate audience levels and dwell time near the screens. This data is then cross-referenced with the stream of commercials continuously displayed on our screens. This approach allows us to determine, in real time, the audience for each commercial shown across all screens in a given location, as RZK Digital ensures that the same commercial is always synchronized across all screens in that area.
This process generates our Full Metrics: including impacts, net audience, viewing frequency, GRP, cost per thousand impacts, and complete view. The complete view metric specifically measures how many people had the opportunity to watch all the commercials within a 15-ad loop over a span of 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
